Hye-Eli’s interview this week is with Armen Sevag, one of the members of the Aravod Ensemble. It was a pleasure to speak to Armen and to get to know the band better through him. Armen also gave us his take on why he prefers to call Aravod’s music Anatolian music.

Aravod’s many influences include: Ara Dinkjian, Yasha Heifetz, and John Berberian.
